what if being happy is easier than you thought?

I think the absolute saddest thing is when you really truly believe you have a friend in someone, and they backstab you. It’s heartbreaking isn’t it? Sitting there wondering what you did to deserve it after investing so much time and love into a person…but why is it that we sit there truly affected and hurt but the other person easily walks away like nothing ever happened? I am someone who constantly forgives but maybe, sometimes we have to give up on people. Not because we don’t care anymore, but because they don’t. We were fine without them at some point, and we will be okay again.

It’s like I want him to know how much I love him, but I don’t know how I can say or show him. It’s just that I love him soooooo much, I can’t explain. So strange.
